Delivery & Returns

We use Royal Mail and EVRI.  Order will be dispatched within 2 working days and delivery should be attempted 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Refunds for Workshops Booked

Payment is due upon booking. We are unable to offer refunds or transfers to other workshops for cancellations/non attendance. Substitute attendees are allowed via website notification. Please Contact Us with the new details.  Workshops may be cancelled 48 Hours before the start date due to insufficient numbers and the full amount paid will be refunded.  

Refunds for Kits Purchased

The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.  Please arrange to return your box in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and notify info@innercanvas.co.uk for the return address.  You then have 14 days to return the box to us. We require proof of postage. Once the box is received and in order we will happily issue you a refund for the box.
